Facilitate Search Ltd in Burnley is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) for a permanent position within a large, complex commercial facility. You will maintain critical building services and support site operations at a static Burnley site.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established facilities management team on a permanent basis.

This static role is based in Burnley, working within a large, complex commercial environment where you'll be responsible for maintaining critical building services and ensuring the smooth operation of the site.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias, you'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding across a wide range of electrical and building services systems.

Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you'll help ensure the site remains fully operational, compliant and maintained to the highest standards.

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.

What We're Looking For

• Electrical qualifications (18th Edition preferred).
• Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• A multi-skilled approach with knowledge of mechanical systems being advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
