Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Electrician for a busy Doncaster site. You will perform planned maintenance and respond to faults on electrical and building systems in a fast-paced facilities environment.

The role requires an electrical qualification, 18th Edition, and experience with PPM schedules, with a focus on safety, reliability, and delivering high service levels on customer-facing tasks.

Qualifications

• Recognised Electrical Qualification (essential).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience with PPM schedules and reactive maintenance.
• Good understanding of building electrical systems (lighting, fire alarms, power, BMS, etc.).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Good communication and basic IT skills.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Experience working with business-critical environments.
• Previous experience in a health & safety-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical and building systems.
• Respond to reactive faults and site emergencies.
• Undertake small installation works where required.
• Maintain and repair building plant, equipment, and systems.
• Report all defects through client processes and maintain accurate records.
• Update equipment status reports and complete tasks via PDA systems.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety and customer service at all times.
• Build strong working relationships with site teams and client representatives.
