Role Responsibilities

Working hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday.

• Reactive, planned and statutory electrical maintenance and remedial tasks on a variety of buildings..
• Testing and inspecting.
• Fault finding and diagnosis.
• General building maintenance experience.
• Competent in lone working and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
• Carry out works in an efficient and safe manner.
• On call team member (on call payments extra).

Role Requirements

• Full UK driving licence is essential – vehicle and fuel card provided.
• Previous experience in a similar role – (essential).
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Good organisational skills.
• Work well as part of a team and alone.
• 18th Edition.
• C & G 2391 desirable but not essential.
• A DBS check will be required.
• Experience and knowledge of related construction trades.
