Job description

MULTI-SKILLED ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL BIAS

Location: DONCASTER

Shift: DAYS

Salary: UP TO £38,000

We are looking for a motivated multi-skilled engineer to join a market-leading manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager, you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility runs smoothly. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With ongoing training and development, this company is committed to enhancing its employees' skills and supporting a welcoming team of engineers. This position is ideal for a strong engineer seeking their next challenging role within a secure and stable company.

Role Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and repair all factory equipment.
2. Identify root causes of problems.
3. Ensure all breakdowns are recorded.
4. Carry out preventative maintenance as required.
5. Maintain systems for spare parts stock.
6. Dismantle, adjust, modify, improve, and assemble factory equipment.
7. Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to address causes of downtime.

Skills and Qualifications
