A leading healthcare organization in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Multi-Skilled Craftsperson with electrical bias. The role involves providing repair and maintenance services in various settings including wards and theatres. Candidates should have completed an apprenticeship in a relevant electrical discipline and possess strong mechanical fault-finding skills. This full-time position offers a salary of £31,607 to £34,686 per year with additional benefits.

Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, you will be expected to provide a flexible and efficient repair and maintenance service over a wide range of services, mechanical plant and equipment within a wide range of locations and complex conditions from Wards and Theatres to manufacturing areas and office locations.

You should be able to take responsibility and ownership for statutory inspections under your delegated area and keep records ensuring the trust complies with current legislation.
You should also possess good interpersonal and communication skills including IT and both written and verbal.
You should be able to work shifts and, with a clean driving licence and the use of your own vehicle, live within a 40-minute travelling radius of the Hospital.
