Job Opportunity: Multiskilled Repairs Operative

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Multiskilled Repairs Operative with strong plastering skills and expertise to join our team across Ipswich and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out high-quality plastering work, including skimming, patching, boarding, and rendering.
• Work in line with Orwell's vision of fixing repairs first time, improving quality, and providing a positive first response.
• Work independently to minimize call-backs and ensure 'fix right first time' repairs.
• Deal with tenant inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Liaise closely with Head Office staff regarding repair notifications and progress reporting.

About You:

Our ideal Repairs Operative will…

• Have proven experience as a plasterer with additional skills in general building/maintenance.
• Possess knowledge of Carpentry and Plumbing.
• Be flexible to respond to urgent repair needs by adjusting your working day as required.
