Job summary

SEED Environmental is seeking a Skilled Technician - Multi Skilled to join the Fire & Flood team in Doncaster or Preston, with coverage of surrounding areas. You will perform carpentry and joinery tasks in insured properties affected by fire or flood, including kitchens and bathrooms, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires NVQ carpentry credentials, domestic repair experience, a valid UK driving licence, and strong customer service skills to support homeowners during

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent experience/time served).
Proven experience in domestic repair and refurbishment works.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform first and second fix carpentry and install joinery to insurance specs.
Install kitchens, door frames, and stud partitions to specification.
Work on fire/flood damaged properties restoration and stripping out areas.
Maintain safety, COSHH compliance and high quality workmanship.
Keep accurate records and communicate with homeowners during projects.
