APM Walker Construction has an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Trade to join our growing team. We're particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in carpentry due to increased demand and ongoing expansion. This role is permanent following a successful probationary period.

APM Walker Construction is highly respected for delivering luxurious new homes, extensions, and refurbishments across the Horsham district. We pride ourselves on consistently maintaining exacting standards, whether the projects are large or small, from initial concept through to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of high-end residential construction work to a consistently excellent standard.
Demonstrate a strong technical understanding and practical knowledge of the building process.
Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Communicate confidently and professionally with clients as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have at least 5 years of experience working on domestic construction projects.
Possess strong multi-trade skills, ideally with expertise in carpentry.
Be proactive and able to manage tasks using their own initiative.
Maintain consistently high standards of workmanship.
