Are you a skilled Carpenter with a knack for multi-trade work? I’m working with a well-established maintenance contractor in Devon to recruit a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join their responsive maintenance team in Exeter.

Your Role:

You’ll be carrying out essential repairs and maintenance within occupied properties, ensuring homes are safe and well-maintained.

Duties Include:

• Carpentry repairs
• Checking, repairing, and replacing fire doors
• Adjusting windows and doors
• Repairing furniture
• Basic plumbing
• Painting and decorating

What You’ll Need:

• Carpentry qualification
• Multi-skilled experience in maintenance work
• CSCS card (desirable)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Clean driving licence
• Own tools
