About the Role

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be a key part of the team, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. You will work efficiently and safely, using a handheld device to receive and complete assigned tasks while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work.

• Performing minor plumbing, joinery, and tiling.

What We're Looking For

Salary: £36,000 + van and fuel card and benefits

Qualifications:

• Relevant trade qualification (NVQ2 or City & Guilds Craft).

• Ideally, a Blue CSCS card.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience in social housing maintenance is essential.

• Proven experience working in both occupied and void properties.

• Previous experience with kitchen and bathroom fitting is beneficial.

• Excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety (H&S).

• A customer-focused approach with a passion for high-quality work.
