Job summary
Sytner BMW Chigwell is seeking a motivated Bodyshop Apprentice Technician to train across MET, paint and panel disciplines at our leading bodyshop. You will be mentored by expert colleagues while completing specialist blocks at the BMW Group Training Academy, gaining hands-on experience on premium vehicles.

Qualifications
- GCSEs English, Maths and 1 other subject at A-C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2.
- Passion for automotive technology and hands-on learning mindset.
- Curiosity to explore paint, panel and MET disciplines.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Team player with motivation to succeed; no prior experience required.
Responsibilities
- Remove and refit vehicle mechanical, electrical and trim components.
- Assist with vehicle repairs following accident damage.
- Use specialist tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Work to manufacturer and industry standards.
- Support the Bodyshop team in delivering exceptional quality repairs.
