Job summary

Sytner invites applications for a BMW/MINI Vehicle Technician Apprentice in a busy workshop environment. You will learn to maintain and repair motor vehicles to BMW/MINI standards, with off-the-job training at the BMW Group Academy UK in Doncaster over three years.

The programme combines classroom and hands-on sessions, with mentors and regular reviews to track progress. GCSEs in English and Maths are required, along with enthusiasm and a passion for vehicle engineering.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have GCSEs A-C/9-4 in English and Maths.
• Ideal candidate shows eye for detail and passion for service.
• Demonstrates teamwork, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to BMW/MINI standards.
• Participate in a three-year training programme at BMW Group Academy UK.
• Work under mentorship with regular progress reviews.
