We are currently seeking a skilled and customer focused Multi-Skilled Bathroom Installer/Fitter to join our Planned Works team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's homes within a supportive environment.

Role Overview

As a Multi-Skilled Bathroom Fitter, you will be responsible for the efficient installation of complete bathroom suites in our properties. Your work will encompass various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and decorating, ensuring each installation meets our standards and enhances our customers' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Install complete bathroom suites, including baths, WCs, wash hand basins, showers, and associated fixtures and fittings.
• Perform related tasks such as tiling, flooring, carpentry, and decoration to a high standard.
• Work independently and unsupervised, adhering to industry best practices and health and safety regulations.
• Complete necessary documentation promptly and accurately, in line with company policies and procedures..
• Communicate professionally with customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the work being carried out.
• Use materials and tools effectively, minimizing waste and maintaining appropriate stock levels in the company van.
• Comply with all health and safety legislation and Paradigm’s policies, ensuring safe work environments.
• Mentor and supervise less experienced team members as required.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent experience in bathroom fitting and general maintenance.
