Job summary

SettleParadigm in Buckinghamshire is seeking a skilled Bathroom Installer to fit complete bathroom suites across properties. You’ll work to high standards, tiling, flooring, fittings, and safety, delivering quality workmanship in residents’ homes.

The role covers travel across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll need City & Guilds Parts 1&2 or NVQ2 and a UK driving licence, with strong customer service and ability to

Qualifications

Apprentice-trained or significant experience as a Bathroom Fitter.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes of practice.
Valid full UK manual driving licence.
Ability to carry out bathroom installations to a high standard.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

Install complete bathrooms, including tiling, flooring, and all fixtures and fittings.
Work independently and unsupervised to a high standard in line with health and safety regulations.
Complete documentation promptly and accurately as per company procedures.
Communicate professionally with residents, ensuring satisfaction with the work.
Use materials and tools effectively, reducing waste and maintaining stock in the van.
Comply with health and safety legislation and company policies.
