Job summary

Trevett Services is seeking a Multi Skilled AC Engineer to join the mobile team covering London & the Home Counties. You will service and maintain a range of HVAC equipment on mixed commercial contracts, including universities, healthcare and corporate buildings.

The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on AC units, FCUs, AHUs, chillers and split systems, with additional electrical works and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• AT LEAST 5 years’ experience as an AC/HVAC Engineer
• C&G F-Gas 2079
• Level 2/equivalent in AC/HVAC/Refrigeration
• 18th edition minimum
• Level 3/equivalent in Electrical Installations is desired but not required

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on AC units, FCUs, AHUs, chillers and split systems.
• Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance including emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
• Work on mixed commercial contracts (universities, healthcare and corporate buildings).

Trevett Services are working with a leading HVAC specialist who are looking to hire a Multi Skilled AC engineer for a key contract of theirs. Our client is looking to speak with technically sound Mutli Skilled AC Engineers to join the mobile team covering London & the Home Counties.

The Role:

As a Multi Skilled AC engineer, you will be working on mixed commercial contract (universities, healthcare and corporate buildings), carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance. You will be working on kit such as AC units, FCUs, AHUs, chillers and split systems. You will also be required to carry out electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance, such as emergency lighting/fire alarm testing and maintenance, minor electrical installs, etc.

Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 – 17:00. There is a call out rota which is 1 in 15, with £150 on standby.
