Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire!

Have you got the right tools for the job?

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering towns in Lincolnshire including Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells.

What could you be doing?

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you'll complete patch repair work and refurbishments. You should be able to install and replace roofs and deliver services such as:

• Tile and slate roofing
• Flat roofs
• Ridge and hip tiles
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Pointing
• Rainwater gutters and downpipes

We want somebody who can:

Be a team player, hardworking, eager to learn, and possess a can-do attitude. Since you'll work in people's homes, friendliness, approachability, and good communication skills are essential. Organization and a commitment to excellent customer service are also important.

Some things we need from you:

• Significant roofing experience
• Time served or a roofing qualification (beneficial)
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience working for social landlords, housing associations, or councils
• Full driving license
• DBS check required as work involves customer homes

Additional earning opportunities are available through out-of-hours work as needed.

This role is based in Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells; candidates should reside in these areas.
