Salary From £33,633 - £35,715 (depending upon experience) per annum + Van + Fuel Card

Calling all Roofers in Malvern!

Have you got the right tools for the job?

We're looking for experienced and multi-skilled Roofers to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering Malvern, Ledbury, and Hereford.

What could you be doing?

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you'll complete patch repair work and refurbishments. You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent in delivering:

• Tile and slate
• Flat roofs
• Ridge and hip tiles
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Pointing
• Rainwater gutters and downpipes

We want somebody who can:

Be a team player, hardworking, eager to learn, and possess a can-do attitude. Since you'll be working in people's homes, friendliness and good communication skills are essential. Organisation and a commitment to excellent customer service are also important.

Some requirements from you:

• Significant roofing experience
• Time served or a roofing qualification (beneficial)
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
• Valid driving licence (essential for this mobile role)
• DBS check required as work involves visiting customers' homes

There is also the opportunity to earn additional income by participating in the out-of-hours rota as needed.

This role is based in Malvern, Ledbury, and Hereford; applicants must reside in these areas.
