The Vacancy

Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire!

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our Responsive Repairs team covering towns in Lincolnshire including Lincoln, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Louth, Wragby, Mablethorpe, and Sutton-on-Sea.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintenance and repair of properties, including patch repairs and refurbishments
• Installation and replacement of roofs
• Work on tile, slate, flat roofs, ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, pointing, and gutters

Qualifications and Skills:

• Significant roofing experience
• Roofing qualification or time served (beneficial)
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with social landlords, housing associations, or councils (preferred)
• Full driving licence
• DBS check required due to working in customers' homes

Additional information:

Opportunity to earn extra through out-of-hours rota. Candidates should reside near Lincoln, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Louth, Wragby, Mablethorpe, Sutton-on-Sea, or Alford.
