Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire!

Have you got the right tools for the job?

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering towns in Lincolnshire, including Lincoln, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Louth, Wragby, Mablethorpe, and Sutton-on-Sea.

What could you be doing?

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing properties, completing patch repairs, refurbishments, and installing or replacing roofs. Your tasks will include:

• Tile and slate roofing
• Flat roofs
• Ridge and hip tiles
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Pointing
• Rainwater gutters and downpipes

We want somebody who can:

Be a team player, hardworking, eager to learn, with a positive attitude. Since you'll work in people's homes, good communication, friendliness, approachability, and organization are essential. Providing excellent customer service is a must.

Some requirements from you:

• Significant roofing experience
• Time served or a roofing qualification (beneficial)
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with social landlords, housing associations, or councils
• Full driving license
• DBS check required due to working in customers' homes

Additional earning opportunities are available through out-of-hours work as needed.

This role covers areas including Lincoln, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Louth, Wragby, Mablethorpe, Sutton-on-Sea, and Alford, so proximity to these areas is necessary.
