Platform Housing Group is seeking an experienced Roofer to join our Responsive Repairs team covering Lincolnshire towns including Lincoln, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Louth, Wragby, Mablethorpe, Sutton-on-Sea, and Alford.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair properties, including patch repairs and refurbishments
• Install and replace roofs, including tile, slate, flat roofs, ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, pointing, and rainwater gutters and downpipes

Qualifications and Skills:

• Significant roofing experience or relevant qualification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working for a social landlord, housing association, or council is preferred
• Full driving license
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check
