Platform Property Care is seeking an experienced Multi-Skill Trades Plumber based in Spilsby, Skegness, and surrounding areas to join our Responsive Repairs team. Your role will involve maintaining and improving our homes, ensuring high standards of repair and maintenance.

The position offers variety, with no two days being the same, and involves interacting with a diverse range of customers. We expect high standards, but in return, you'll receive support from a dedicated team.

We want somebody who can:

Be a team player, hardworking, eager to learn, with a positive attitude. As you'll work in people's homes, friendliness, approachability, and good communication skills are essential. Organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are also required.

We want someone who has:

• Experience as a plumber in the building trade, either as a Plumber or multi-skilled Plumber
• Experience working for a social landlord, housing association, or council
• Desirable: basic skills in carpentry, plaster patching, and wall tiling
• Experience in delivering multi-trade work
• Good organizational skills and ability to keep jobs on track
• Drive to complete work efficiently
• Full clean driving license
• A DBS check is required due to working within customers' homes

The role requires participation in an out-of-hours service rota.

This position is based in towns including Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford, and Ingoldmells. Candidates should reside near these areas.
