Job summary

Platform Housing Group's Platform Property Care team is seeking an experienced Multi Skill Trades Plumber to cover Bromyard, Ledbury and Malvern. You will focus on plumbing while delivering multi-trade repairs in a responsive repairs environment, bringing a can-do attitude to customers’ homes.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £39,359 per year, 25 days holiday (plus 5), a pension contribution up to 12%, a van with fuel card, mobile and iPad, and access to Medicash.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing is essential.
• Experience as a Plumber in the building trade.
• Experience with social landlords, housing associations or councils.
• Other trade skills such as carpentry, plastering, decorating or tiling are desirable.
• Experience delivering multi-trade repairs.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing and multi-trade repairs in residents' homes within Bromyard, Ledbury and Malvern.
• Work within a responsive repairs environment as part of the Platform Property Care team.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to complete jobs right first time.

Platform Property Care are looking for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Plumber to join our talented Responsive Repairs team covering Bromyard, Ledbury and Malvern to help us ensure our customer's homes are maintained to a high-quality standard.

You will be a Multi Skill Trades Operative and plumbing will be your focus, but experience in other trades is essential, as you will be delivering Multi Trade repairs within a responsive repairs environment.

The role is varied. No two days will be the same and you will meet a wide range of customers along the way. It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return, you'll have the support of a great team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• NVQ L2 Plumbing is essential
• Experience of working as a Plumber in the building trade either as a Plumber or as a multi-skilled Plumber
• Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council, delivering multi trade repairs and maintenance
• Associated trade skills, and or qualifications in carpentry, plaster patching, decorating and wall tiling would also be desirable.
• Experience of delivering multi-trade work
• Good organisational skills
