Job summary

Gordon Murray Group is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead the warehouse and logistics operations across multiple sites, ensuring materials flow to production efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive safety, continuous improvement and performance standards.

You will build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, manage inventory, and optimise transportation and warehouse processes to support manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory control and ERP proficiency.
• Knowledge of transportation and health & safety requirements.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics across multiple sites.
• Oversee receipt, storage and distribution of materials.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams.
