Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager in Peterborough to lead planning across multiple sites, align operations and drive efficiency. You will influence senior stakeholders, improve systems and translate data into actionable plans that support service and commercial performance.

You'll manage day-to-day optimisation and long-term modelling, set a clear planning approach and drive workforce planning across sites. A strong background in food/FMCG supply chains is preferred.

Qualifications

• End-to-end supply chain planning knowledge in food/FMCG environments.
• Proven success delivering change and improvement.
• Strong problem-solver who can prioritise at speed under pressure.
• Influences across teams and customers to drive outcomes.
• Experience managing Planning teams.
• Knowledge of how to drive performance, engagement and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across multiple sites with structure, direction and alignment.
• Guide senior stakeholders, improve systems and ensure Planning supports service and commercial performance.
• Cover day-to-day optimisation and long-term modelling of planning across sites.
• Set and deliver a clear Planning approach aligned to business goals.
• Strengthen Planning systems and processes to boost efficiency.
• Lead and develop Planning teams to produce robust, optimised operational plans.
• Provide modelling and insight for long-term capacity and contingency planning.
• Oversee strategic workforce planning across sites.
• Collaborate with customers to drive joint initiatives and market understanding.
