OCS UK & Ireland is looking for an Area Support Officer to provide flexible security across multiple client locations. You will monitor site activity, conduct patrols, maintain records, respond to incidents, and support continuity through deployment across sites.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA licence, UK right to work, a driving licence with access to a vehicle, and strong communication and record-keeping skills to protect people, property and assets.

Qualificações

• Must have Right to Work in the UK and ability to pass BS7858 vetting.
• Valid SIA Licence.
• UK Driving licence and use of own vehicle*.
• Confident computer literacy and ability to operate security systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant in a busy environment.
• Professional approach with high standards of personal presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional security cover across multiple client sites, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Conduct regular site patrols and inspections in accordance with assignment instructions and site procedures.
• Monitor premises visually and via CCTV systems, responding to alarms, incidents, and security alerts.
• Record vehicle movements, visitor access, contractor attendance, and all site activities in logs and records.
• Ensure access control procedures are followed and maintain security documentation.
• Cover annual leave, sickness absence, and other staffing shortfalls to maintain service continuity.
