Yorkshire Causeway Schools Trust is seeking a Multi-Site School Business Manager to provide strategic and operational support across Harrogate area schools. The role focuses on school finance, HR, health and safety, and site management, with the successful candidate based primarily at Oatlands Infant School but working across other Trust schools.

The post is permanent, with flexible working between 2 and 5 days per week and term-time patterns plus two weeks.

£10,708 - £11,449 per annum (actual) based on 12 hours per week (2 days) up to £33,015 to 35,301 per annum (actual) based on full-time working (5 days) Term Time Only Plus 2 weeks

We are seeking a School Business Manager who has high levels of initiative and motivation, who can effectively work as part of the Central Trust Team providing operational and strategic support to Headteachers, Senior Teams and the Trust to ensure our schools meet their educational aims and objectives, taking specific responsibility day to day for school finance, HR, health and safety and site management.

The successful candidate will have Oatlands Infant School, Harrogate as their primary base school, but will also be expected to work across other schools within the Trust. The role creates opportunities to lead on a wide range of areas, allowing the postholder to use their extensive experience of working in a business management environment, to do so.
