Job summary

All Saints Catholic Primary School is seeking an experienced Business Manager to work a job share, 14.5 hours per week, term-time plus three weeks. The salary range is £31,022–£32,597, with actual salary pro-rated for hours and term-time work.

The successful candidate will have strong initiative, be committed to Catholic ethos, and manage finance, contracts, estates and HR in a school setting, connecting with the NPCAT Central Services and school leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management with finance, contracts, estates and HR.
• Experience in a school or education setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the link between NPCAT Central Services and school leaders.
• Provide strategic and operational support across non-teaching areas.
• Manage finance, contracts, estates and HR issues within the school context.
