Overview

My client, a leading Managing Agent, seeks a Multi-site Regional FM with experience managing a portfolio overseeing the delivery of FM services to a mixed-use portfolio. You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis and be site-based.

Responsibilities

• Manage the on-site delivery of FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Liaise with service partners daily and work with the client to deliver a fit-for-purpose service; drive initiatives and accreditations such as recycling, NET Zero, WELL.
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure objectives are met and drive change.
• Manage project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
• Work closely with the Surveyor to set and manage service charge budgets annually.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience managing service charge budgets.
