Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Multi-site Dental Manager to join our practices in the Reading area. All locations are mixed NHS/Private practices that pride ourselves on putting our patients first and ensuring the best care.

About the Role

1. Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies, including Health & Safety.
2. Recruitment of support and clinical staff.
3. Managing the team, including rotas, appraisals, and inductions.
4. Promoting a team environment and culture committed to first-class patient service.
5. Building productive relationships with associates, supporting engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions.
6. Ensuring quality and compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g., Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy).
7. Supporting and resolving employee relations issues satisfactorily.
8. Ensuring the practice offers optimal opening hours.
9. Building the practice’s reputation as the ‘go-to’ dental practice in the local area.
10. Working 40 hours per week, between 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
11. Pay negotiable depending on experience.
