Job summary

Poultry Relief Farm Manager role in Lincolnshire with Agricultural Recruitment Specialists seeks an experienced supervisor to provide operational cover across multiple poultry farms. Qualifications

• Hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent relevant to the role.
• Right to work in the UK or valid visa.
• Experience in poultry or livestock farming.
• Willingness to undertake further industry qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support and operational cover across poultry sites.
• Monitor and manage environmental systems (ventilation, feed, water, lighting).
• Maintain high animal welfare, hygiene and biosecurity standards.
• Maintain accurate records of livestock, feed and farm operations.
• Supervise and coordinate farm staff to complete daily duties.
• Respond to alarms and site issues as required.
• Support stock control and operational efficiency across sites.
