Unity Healthcare in Suffolk is seeking a compassionate, experienced Phlebotomist to join our primary care team across four sites (Haverhill, Long Melford, Lavenham and Glemsford). You will deliver high-quality blood collection services and support the clinical team to ensure safe, patient-centred care.

You will maintain accurate records, adhere to infection control procedures, manage stock, and help create a positive patient experience, even when patients are anxious about blood tests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality blood collection services across four sites (Haverhill, Long Melford, Lavenham and Glemsford) and support the wider clinical team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure samples are labelled and processed correctly.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control procedures and manage clinical stock within your area.
• Provide an excellent patient experience, supporting anxious patients with clear communication.
