Total Waste Recruitment is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator – Operations & Compliance to support the running and development of waste and recycling sites. The role involves coordinating logistics, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety standards across three sites in the North West.

You will work closely with the General Manager and department leads, coordinating container loading, material movements, site upgrades and safety actions to ensure

Formación

• At least 3 years' experience in project coordination, operations or operational support.
• Experience coordinating workflows across multiple sites.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets with reporting and data tracking.
• Understanding of health & safety and environmental compliance.
• Willingness to travel regularly between three sites.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily workflows, collections, deliveries and processing schedules across three sites.
• Work with warehouse, administration, engineering and compliance teams to maintain material flow.
• Coordinate projects from planning to completion, including site upgrades and machinery installations.
• Monitor costs and keep projects within budget.
• Prepare weekly operational, safety and project updates for the General Manager.
