Job summary

OCS is seeking a Mobile Cleaner to maintain clean, safe environments across multiple client sites. You will travel between sites, deliver high cleaning standards, and flex your shifts to meet site requirements.

You will work independently and as part of a team, report issues, and comply with health and safety policies. Prior cleaning experience is desirable, with a good eye for detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK and willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• A full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle (where applicable).
• Flexibility to travel and work across different sites and shift patterns.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, public sector or similar environment (desirable but not essential).
• A good understanding of cleaning methods, equipment and materials.
• Awareness of health & safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a pride in delivering high standards.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client sites within an assigned area to deliver cleaning services as required
• Ensure all sites receive cleaning services in line with agreed specifications and schedules
• Safely transport and manage cleaning equipment, materials and supplies between locations
• Carry out deep cleans, cover absences, or respond to short‑notice requirements where needed
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or site concerns promptly
• Adapt to different environments, layouts and client requirements across sites
• Carry out basic equipment checks and report any faults or shortages
• Represent OCS professionally when working independently across client locations
• Comply with all lone working, health & safety and company procedures at all times
