Job Description

My client owns 3 small independent Opticians based in Sheffield (Darnall, London Road and Tinsley) and they are looking for a multi site manager to lead the teams.

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000. Working 5 days a week including some Saturdays, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group across three practices in Sheffield (Darnall, London Road and Tinsley) and work between all sites as the Group lead.
• Help the Director to grow the practices.
• Team management and training.
• Rota management.
• KPI setting and management.
• Inputting new ideas and strategies for growth.
• Stock management and selection.

Requirements

• Recent experience working within Opticians.
• Ideally a qualified Dispensing Optician with management experience. Experienced Optical Managers will also be considered.
• Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
• Maintain the high level of customer care expected by patients of the practices.
• Interest in eyewear brands.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and want to develop.
