Job summary

Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team in Central London. You will carry out statutory and routine PPMs, perform reactive repairs, and ensure compliance with SLAs and our internal standards.

The role requires strong fabric repair skills, multi-site experience, and familiarity with Maximo. You’ll work a 7-week shift rota (evenings and weekends) and cover call-outs when rostered, providing technical support to clients and colleagues while keeping systems

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in M&E (Gas/Electrical/AC/Plumbing/Carpentry).
• GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent).
• Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or similar).
• Legionella (L8) trained.
• 2+ years’ experience in multi-site maintenance.
• Strong fabric repair skills & general building maintenance knowledge.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Carry out statutory & routine PPMs and reactive repairs.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and Atlas standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Keep systems updated (Maximo) and report performance.
• Work on a 7-week shift rota (includes evenings/weekends).
• Cover call-outs when rostered.
