NT Engineering & Manufacturing in Glasgow is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead engineering maintenance across its multi-site operations. You’ll head up a team of 10, own the department budget and drive asset care strategy to maximise uptime and cost efficiency.

You’ll embed CI/Lean practices, manage safety and quality KPIs, and collaborate with production, planning and supply teams to deliver improvements and capital projects while ensuring compliance with ISO, BRC and HSE standards.

Formación

• Degree level education or equivalent operational experience.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance.
• CI/Lean Six Sigma or WCM experience; TRACC knowledge is a plus.
• NEBOSH, COSHH and HACCP knowledge.
• SAP and SCADA experience desirable.
• Good financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement asset care and preventive maintenance strategies across sites.
• Set and own KPIs across Safety, Quality, Performance and Cost.
• Lead, coach and develop the maintenance team towards autonomy.
• Embed WCM, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, planning and supply teams to hit targets.
• Deliver minor capex projects and engineering solutions for changes.
• Oversee food safety, ISO and BRC compliance for maintenance and audits.
