NT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking a Process Lead in Maintenance based in Glasgow to lead a small team, plan work, and apply hands-on engineering skills. The role drives continuous improvement across multiple sites and may deputise for the Maintenance Manager when required.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager and oversee a team of 2–5, delivering asset care while maintaining safety and quality standards in a spirits manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HNC or BTEC and time served as an Electrical or Multi-skilled Engineer.
• IOSH certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong maintenance background in a manufacturing or process-driven environment (bottling, FMCG, pharma or food).
• Some supervisory experience desirable.
• CMMS experience is essential; SAP and SCADA are a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Plan maintenance resources and equipment to deliver the asset care programme.
• Prioritise work around breakdowns and urgent jobs.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs within your discipline.
• Provide technical support, training and coaching to the team.
• Lead preventative maintenance improvements and root cause analysis.
• Run CI activity and small improvement projects across sites.
• Carry out risk assessments, audits and checks; manage contractors.
• Represent maintenance at daily and weekly operational meetings.
