Job summary

Compass Group PLC, through Gather & Gather, is seeking a hands-on supervisor to support multiple sites across the UK. You will lead kitchens, step in during busy periods, and motivate teams to maintain high food and service standards.

You will adapt to different environments, build strong client relationships, and promote the Gather & Gather brand. A driving licence is desirable as you travel between venues in a network of around 6,000 sites, with competitive pay and development opportunities.
