Job summary

Safetykleen is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to drive a strong HSEQ culture across manufacturing and branch operations. You will work with managers and teams to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and continuously improve how we work, including audits and investigations and ISO management systems.

You will engage across multiple sites, coach colleagues on best practices, and support ongoing improvements while ensuring travel to sites and maintaining high standards for customers and

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) management.
• Auditing, investigations and risk assessment experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong HSEQ culture across manufacturing and branch operations.
• Carry out audits, inspections and investigations to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Support managers with risk assessments, safe systems of work and practical solutions.
• Maintain HSEQ records and support ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support on Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality best practice.
• Monitor legal compliance, support audits and drive continuous improvement across sites.
