Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Mobile Workplace Experience Co-Oridnator to provide flexible, high-quality support across multiple client contracts and sites.

You will join Guest Services and Workplace Experience teams to maintain resilience, consistency and a memorable visitor experience. The role requires adapting quickly to different environments, delivering welcoming service, managing reception duties, visitor management and event support while upholding safety and client standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume front-of-house hospitality.
• Proactive customer service with a 'How can I help?' approach.
• Ability to travel between client sites.
• Attention to safety, security and compliance.
• Willingness to obtain an SIA license if required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact delivering a welcoming hospitality experience.
• Provide reception, concierge, and workplace coordination across sites.
• Manage visitor registrations, access requests and deliveries.
• Support VIP arrivals and meetings with professional service.
• Liaise with on-site teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with meeting room setups and event support.
