Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a General Manager with full sales and profit responsibility across a multi-channel leisure and hospitality business.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and customer focus.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Providing vision to the team and securing buy-in for continuous improvement.
• Delivering operational excellence across the site and driving safety and compliance.
• Developing staff through coaching and building a customer-centric culture.
• Monitoring systems to track goals, progress and obstacles.
• Managing site P&L and optimizing resource use within budget.
• Growing site sales through collaboration with marketing on local initiatives.
