Multi Site General Manager in South West London - Growing Gym Chain

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding fitness company as they continue their growth. The role involves overseeing operations in 3 clubs, ensuring successful management within commercial, corporate, and residential environments. As the company aims to expand its portfolio long-term, we seek a general manager who is commercially savvy, member-oriented, and passionate about growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement successful sales strategies to increase membership across commercial sites.
• Oversee daily operations of the gyms, ensuring a high-quality experience for members and visitors.
• Develop strategies to enhance member engagement and retention, focusing on excellent customer service.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of coaches, supporting their progression.
• Manage budgets, financials, and operational resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to grow membership and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with local community organizations to promote health, fitness, and wellness.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Experience as a General Manager, preferably in a boutique operator setting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with members, staff, and partners.
• Financial skills including budgeting and resource management.
• Proficiency in management software and operational tools.
