Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven management experience in food services or retail.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and able to use bespoke software.
• Experience in catering finance, budgeting and P&L forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Control budgets and purchasing, prepare P&L projections.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans.
