Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd. is seeking an organised Estates Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and safe environments across multiple school sites in London and surrounding areas.

You will coordinate contractors, support refurbishment projects, manage budgets and help improve estates services while working with senior health and safety leads. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities across several sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in estates, facilities management or property maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and monitor performance.
• Experience supporting building/refurbishment projects and multi-workstream management.
• Strong IT skills and experience with budgets/financial records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across multiple school sites.
• Organise contractors and suppliers and monitor quality and timeliness of work.
• Support building and refurbishment projects and track progress to standards.
• Assist with purchasing, purchase orders and financial records.
