Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Community, Participation and Volunteering Manager based at Cotehele, working across Antony, Buckland Abbey and Cotehele. The role includes line managing two part-time staff, budget oversight, and Duty Management on a rota across three properties.

You will lead volunteering, community engagement and participation projects, develop community links, and contribute to the Property Group Leadership Team's strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering community-focused programmes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation for public-facing engagement.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience tracking, monitoring and reconciling budgets.
• Strong IT skills for reporting, records and finance management.
• Knowledge of working with volunteers and volunteering programmes.
