Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Community, Participation and Volunteering Manager based at Cotehele, covering Antony and Buckland Abbey. You will lead the CPV team, manage two part-time staff, and oversee budgets while undertaking Duty Management across three properties.

The role involves developing community links and engaging volunteers with audiences across all sites. You'll contribute to the Property Group Leadership Team and help shape the strategic direction of engagement, participation

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CPV team across Antony, Buckland Abbey and Cotehele.
• Deliver Duty Management across all three properties on a rota including weekends/bank holidays.
• Develop community links and participation with volunteers and audiences.
• Contribute to the Property Group Leadership Team and strategic direction.
