Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to service and maintain a portfolio of commercial sites across Leicester and surrounding areas. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance of gas systems with a secure, long-term contract.

The candidate will perform PPMs, fault finding and repairs on boilers and gas-fired equipment, and ensure compliance and safety documentation is completed across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A or equivalent qualifications are required.
• Previous experience in commercial buildings or facilities management is essential.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable working across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties.
• Reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Fault finding and diagnostics on gas systems.
• Servicing and repairs of commercial boilers.
• Maintenance of gas-fired equipment and associated plant.
• Working with AHUs, pumps, valves and heating systems.
• Completing compliance and safety checks.
• Updating job information and documenting activities.
