Job description

Equans is looking for a Multi Site Caretaker to join our team across all Rotherham Schools, based in Venture House S60 1RF, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with a salary of £26,800 per annum.

Shift Pattern: Any 8 hours between 6:00am and 10:00pm.

What will you deliver?

The role involves supporting several education and leisure facilities where EQUANS provides services such as maintenance, cleaning, porterage, and external site maintenance, including seasonal preparations.

You will be a key holder responsible for caretaking, maintenance, ad-hoc cleaning duties, and securing the site. A keen eye for detail and practical DIY skills are essential.

Who are we looking for?

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence, experience in a trade or similar role, excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, initiative.

Desirable: H&S experience (manual handling, working at height), understanding of COSHH guidelines.
