Salary: 40-42k + Performance Bonus

About Us:
My client is a fast-paced, innovative events company delivering exceptional experiences across festivals, corporate events, live music, and private functions. With a strong reputation for quality and creativity, they operate bars at a wide range of venues and events throughout the year. They are looking for an experienced, dynamic Multi-Site Bars Manager to take charge and drive excellence across all their bar operations.

The Role:
As our Multi-Site Bars Manager, you will oversee the planning, setup, staffing, compliance, and delivery of high-volume bar services at multiple event locations. You will be the strategic lead on all bar-related operations, ensuring consistency in service, profitability, and compliance, while leading and inspiring on-site teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee bar operations across multiple event sites
  • Recruit, train, and lead bar teams and events managers, ensuring exceptional service standards
  • This is a hands-on role, so you will handle stock takes, manage wastage, and oversee bar cleaning weekly to maintain high standards
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and alcohol regulations
  • Monitor supplier deliveries and manage weekly ordering
  • Oversee events as an events manager
  • Ensure brand consistency and uphold the company's values across all events

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing multiple bar sites, preferably in events or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organisational and logistical abilities
  • Full understanding of licensing laws and health & safety practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
  • Personal Licence Holder
