ROKA London is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager to join our multi-site leadership team. You will oversee several London restaurants, drive consistency, operational excellence, and guest experiences while preparing for a permanent leadership role within the brand.

You will lead from the floor, balance revenue with labour costs, develop a large team across front-of-house and kitchen, and ensure service standards match ROKA’s renowned positioning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in high-volume environments.
• Ability to analyse performance data and manage costs.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead seamless service and partner with kitchen leadership to maintain pace, quality, and consistency.
• Analyse performance data daily to optimise revenue, labour, and margins.
• Build, develop, and retain a large management and front-of-house team and foster accountability and hospitality standards.
• Own every touchpoint of the guest journey and manage high-profile guests with confidence to deliver exceptional service.
• Be visible, decisive and calm during service, setting the pace and leading by example.
